In 2014 Apsys has recorded 28% increase in number of lease contract under management and it has kept the collection rate at a level of 99,6%. The turnover index in its shopping centres has increased by 5%, whereby in the same time period PRCH Index was -2,6%. Apsys has successfully completed comprehensive modernization of Ist generation shopping centres – Rondo and 3 Stawy. The company represents an eco-friendly approach being the leader in BREEAM® certification in Poland. With the use of LED technology in some of its centres, Apsys has reduced energy consumption by 30%. The company has systematically invested in modern technologies, e.g. it has established ApsysLab project to implement new solutions in shopping centres so as to meet the needs of modern customers of XXI century.
