Short information about the Project: Alchemia II is the second stage of the multifunction business centre, Alchemia. It consists of two 6- and 8-storey towers, Ferrum and Titanium, situated on a shared 4-storey base. It offers almost 27,000 sq. m of leasable space, with 1,500 sq. m dedicated to accompanying retail services, which will include a medical centre. Complementing the two buildings is a 400-space car park for tenants. Alchemia II is pre-certified under Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) at the highest level, Platinum. It features an advanced energy management system and a backup power generator. Construction began in December 2013 and the building received its occupancy permit on 15 October 2015. Alchemia’s biggest and most exciting tenant is financial services heavyweight State Street Bank Polska. Our complex is one of the largest mixed-use centres in Tricity. It is located in Gdańsk Oliwa, a rapidly growing business hub, with convenient access to sporting facilities and public transport.
