Short information about the Project:	Alchemia is the most modern multifunctional complex in the Tri-City. The scheme is to ultimately become a centre consisting of eight multifunctional buildings. They will be constructed on a common 4-storey base, offering accompanying services, which will be the foundation of the multi-storey office towers. Completed in December 2013, Alchemia phase I comprises two towers of six and eight storeys, each with its own separate reception area, interconnected with a four-storey podium building. It provides 24,647 sqm of GLA out of which 16,700 sqm within the two towers are designed as A-class office accommodation, with a standard floor plate of 1,200 sqm. The remaining 4,500 sqm are dedicated to a unique sports and recreation center, featuring three pools, fitness club, gym and climbing facility. 555 sqm restaurant is located on the ground floor. The property is served with 380 parking spaces located on four levels. Alchemia is LEED pre-certified at the highest Platinum level.
