Why the company should be considered for the award:	AIG/Lincoln Polska has two office projects under construction: Radom Office Park – a two-building 10,000 sqm project located in the centre of Radom, designed mainly for the BPO/SSC industry. The first building will be completed at the beginning of 2013. Radom Office Park is the latest part of the multi-functional project Centrum Słoneczne multi-functional project, consisting of Galeria Słoneczna, Aquapark and Osiedle Słoneczne; The Park Warsaw – a master planned campus-style office project located near Okęcie Airport with easy access to the public transportation. The Park Warsaw will comprise ten free-standing buildings totaling 110,000 sqm of net leasable space. The Park will be able to accommodate tenants of all sizes with the possibility of further expansion within the same project. The first building is tobe delivered for occupancy in December 2012
