Why the company should be considered for the award:	AFI Park and AFI Palace Cotroceni is the biggest shopping, entertainment and business complex in Romania. AFI Park is the most modern office park in Bucharest, totalling 70,000 sqm of leasable space in five class ‘A’ buildings interconnected to AFI Palace Cotroceni, benefiting of all the facilities of the mall. It enables the most convenient business and personal lifestyle for the IT generation (“Generation Y”), it has six elevators,a n advanced BMS and is an energy-efficient building that maximises tenants’ welfare. It is easily accessible through the public transport system with a direct connection to the city centre. The first phase of the project, AFI Park1, has a gross built-up area of 20,000 sqm and a gross leasable area of 11,000 sqm. It was completed in Sept 2012 and is almost entirely leased.
