In the assessment of the candidate, the jury will look at the company’s portfolio, the volume and value of projects purchased between July 2022 and June 2023, the company’s reputation and its unique features.

Assessment criteria:

  • The value of office properties held by the investor (in EUR)
  • The value of retail properties held by the investor (in EUR)
  • The value of warehouse properties held by the investor (in EUR)
  • The value of PRS properties held by the investor (in EUR)
  • The largest purchases between July 2022 and June 2023
  • The value of funds available for investment over the next few years
  • The value of funds invested in Poland between July 2022 and June 2023
