Category: Office Developer of the Year, CEE

Open to any developer active in the office sector in CEE between July 2022 and June 2023.

The jury will consider the company’s presence, geographic range, reputation and leasing & financial figures, as well as the number, size, originality, variety and significance of projects completed.

Assessment criteria:

  • The number and size of properties completed and sold between July 2022 and June 2023
  • The quality of service offered to agents, tenants,  and investors
  • The number and size of lease agreements completed between  July 2022 and June 2023
  • The number and size of projects under construction and in the pipeline
  • Geographical range of activities
  • Innovational products and new technologies used in properties

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
