The award is open to any real estate financing provider active in Central & Eastern Europe in between July 2022 and June 2023. The jury is to consider the number, size, range and type of financing deals completed, as well as the company’s reputation on the market.

Assessment criteria:

  • The value of transactions on the real estate market (between July 2022 and June 2023, in EUR)
  • Loan portfolio (between July 2022 and June 2023, in EUR)
  • The value of financing and refinancing loans for shopping centres (between July 2022 and June 2023, in EUR)
  • The value of financing  and refinancing loans for offices (between July 2022 and June 2023, in EUR)
  • The value of financing and refinancing loans for warehouses (between July 2022 and June 2023, in EUR)
  • The value of financing and refinancing loans for PRS sector (between July 2022 and June 2023, in EUR)
  • The speed of processing loan applications
  • Contribution to the development of the real estate market.
