Category: Retail Development of the Year, CEE

Any retail project (such as a shopping centre, retail park, convenience center, standalone building leased by a single tenant, retail module in a mixed-use complex, etc.) that was opened or underwent modernization in the CEE region between July 2022 and June 2023. The jury will evaluate the project’s reputation, tenant mix, occupancy rates, financial results, level of local competition, design and specifications quality, BREEAM/LEED certification, as well as the success of the opening or modernization.

  • The tenant mix
  • The occupancy rates on the opening day and in June 2023
  • The quality of the design and its specifications (for example BREEAM/LEED certification)
  • The concept behind the strategy to compete on the local market
  • Footfall between July 2022 and June 2023
  • The success of the opening
  • The financial results for the first year of operation

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
