The award is open to any law firm active in Poland’s real estate market between July 2022 and June 2023. The jury will take into account the company’s activity and reputation on the market, as well as its lease and sales deal expertise, and the number and profile of clients represented.

Assessment criteria:

  • Expertise in lease transactions
  • Expertise in sales transactions
  • The number and type of clients represented
  • The total value of the transactions the company advised upon between July 2022 and June 2023
  • The comnpany’s reputation on the market
  • Effectiveness of operations
