The Award is open to any technical advisor company present in all sectors of commercial real estate between July 2022 and June 2023.

During the jury’s evaluation, they will take into account the experience, the range of consulting services offered, and the client portfolio (number, size, and type of properties/transactions handled).

Assessment criteria:

  • The projects in the company’s portfolio between July 2022 and June 2023
  • The range of services and form of cooperation offered to clients
  • The reputation of the team on the market
  • The most important clients and the quality of business relations

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
