Category: Investment Agency Team of the Year, Poland

The award is open to any investment agency team active in Poland’s property investment market between July 2022 and June 2023. The jury will look at the number and significance of the deals completed, as well as the presence and reputation of the team on the market.

Assessment criteria:

  • The value and the number of transactions between July 2022 and June 2023
  • Key clients and the quality of the business relationships maintained with them
  • The reputation of the team on the market
  • The biggest and the most profitable transactions between  July 2022 and June 2023 divided into sectors
  • The year on year results of the department with regard to the number and the value of finalised transactions

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
