Category: Warehouse Agency Team of the Year, Poland

The award is open to any warehouse agency team active in Poland between July 2022 and June 2023. The jury is to consider the amount of space leased, the number and size of the deals concluded, as well as the reputation of the team on the market.

Assessment criteria:

  • Warehouse projects under exclusive commercialisation
  • Space leased (between July 2022 -June 2023, GLA
  • The biggest transactions (between July 2022 -June 2023)
  • The quality of service of both tenants and developers
  • A comparison of the number of completed transactions in terms of GLA between the periods of July 2022 -June 2023
  • The number of clients served (between July 2022 -June 2023 including GLA)

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
