The award is open to any office agency team active in Poland in 2023. The jury is to consider the amount of space leased, the number and size of the deals concluded, as well as the reputation of the team on the market.

Assessment criteria:

  • The value and the number of transactions between July 2022 and June 2023
  • The most important clients and the quality of business relations
  • The reputation of the team on the market
  • The biggest and the most profitable transactions between July 2022 and June 2023
  • The results of the department over the calendar year in terms of the number of finalised transactions
  • The most greatest successes of the tenant representation and landlord representation teams

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
