In the three quarters to date, the company has leased 1.2m sqm of space, further increased its operating portfolio occupancy to 96.4%, and maintained customer retention rate - four out of every five customers extended the lease with Prologis.

Prologis is focused on superior property management service having invested in smart metering , driving plate readers, Rino Scada and Singu FM systems to further support its customers operations on-site service.
