In 2018 Skanska sold 3 projects for EUR 151M. In this year, the developer also entered with its first project into the 7th market in Poland (Gdańsk) and enriched its portfolio with the most attractive plots in the best locations. In 2017, the company leased a record amount of space - over 100 000 sqm and sold 5 office buildings for over EUR 300 M. Everything seems to indicate that 2018 will be close to the result from 2017 regarding to the numbers. 2018 is also a breakthrough in implementing innovation. Skanska completed Spark C - the first intelligent building in Poland equipped with Connected by Skanska system, which also operates in the Skanska headquarter in Poland. The company also tests solar panels based on perovskites and air-cleaning concrete.
