During the last 12 months we maintained the position of one of the leading office agencies in Poland. We strengthened our structures in regions with Rafał Oprocha (Head of Southern Poland) and extended our construction services with Jakub Jędrys as new Head of Project Management. We continue our successful partnership with Deka Immobilien that instructed us to lease another seven of their office buildings. We also provided tenant representation services to our Client in the largest in recent months lease transaction in Służewiec.
