Projects under construction Currently, the eighth element of the Bonarka for Business office complex in Krakow, Poland is under construction with 10,000 GLA. As the next phase of the development, the Class-A office building will extend the current B4B complex to a 75,000 sqm GLA development. As part of the Bonarka Project, the B4B complex was recognized as World Silver Winner at the prestigious FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards in May, 2018. At the same time, the company manages the construction of a new Class-A office development in Budapest, Hungary as well, located at the two-time FIABCI Award-winning Millennium City Center, also developed by TriGranit. The newest development with 37,000 sqm GLA is called Millennium Gardens, that is constructed according to the and highest building standards and adapting to tenant’s latest needs. At final completion, all 10 buildings will serve their tenants with the highest building standards, exceptional architecture, high quality fit-out materials, excellent daylight access and eco-friendly solutions. Another office project to be launched next year in the CEE region is the Silesia for Business office development, an office complex that will be developed in two phases in Katowice, Poland with altogether 40,000 sqm GLA. These office towers will be located in the business heart of Silesia, within the region’s largest commercial city centre, the award-winning Silesia City Center with hundreds of shops, cafes and restaurants. The Silesia City Center was also developed by TriGranit between 2004 and 2005.
