Key projects your company worked on between October 2017 and September 2018 SPIE Polska established „Innovative technologies” department to ensure clients with modern solutions for properties, such as beacons, BIM, etc. Company specialists advice not only the owners of existing buildings but also the investors in designing complex facilities in BIM technology (e.g. Mennica Tower). Moreover, they participated in a development process of the first polish software integrating FM and BIM. The department also introduced e-mobility offer including design, installation and maintenance of charging stations for e-vehicles. The portfolio shows not only solutions for electric cars (22 kWh and 50 kWh charging stations) but also high performance charging infrastructures for electric buses (600 kWh). SPIE Polska specialized services teams (mobile, gas, HVAC, low-voltage) were integrated in a one business line, becoming available for a wider range of customers. Health & Safety team constantly carries out safety audits which results in the lowest accident rate in SPIE D&Z.
Please say why you should be considered for the award Due to the merge with SPIE AGIS Fire&Security, SPIE Polska is a partner at every stage of the property life (design, installation, maintenance). The new scope of services was recognized e.g. by Santander bank when investing in a modern office building in Wrocław. The company increased number of serviced square meters by 15% compared to last year (Sept 2018: 6 mln sqm), thanks to quality of business relations with clients constantly investing in new properties, as well as starting operations in new sectors such as prestigious shopping centers (ECE Silesia). Company expertise in FM for industrial facilities were appreciated by new clients, mainly in lubuskie and opolskie regions, proving also that proximity to the customers is a great value of the company. Professional back office stands behind the quality too, e.g. upgrating CRMs and digitizing processes. SPIE Polska reputation on the market was confirmed with a new title: “Facility Management Firm” in CEE Investment Awards 2018.
