We are constantly developing and increasing our standards. In just over 8 months of 2017/2018 39,200 sqm of production and warehouse facility has been delivered for Corning Optical Solutions in Stryków. The investment was created in accordance with the highest standards of warehouse construction. The facilities for Corning will undergo BREEAM certification, forecasted VERY GOOD rating. In 2018 we also enlarged our portfolio with new park: SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Okęcie to provide our customers with possibility of last mile delivery logistics within the city boundaries.
