Key projects your company worked on between October 2017 and September 2018 The most important project EPP worked on between October 2017 and September 2018 was Galeria Młociny, a 82,122 sqm mixed-use centre situated in a prime location in Warsaw Bielany district, co-developed with Echo Investment. The project which is scheduled to open in Spring 2019 will combine 220 shops and service outlets, comfortable offices, a medical centre, playgrounds, a fitness club, restaurants and cafes, a trampoline park and the first multiplex cinema in the district. Galeria Młociny is EPP’s first investment in Warsaw.
Moreover, EPP is constantly working on maximising existing assets and strengthening their competitive position through extensions and refurbishments.
