Colliers International

We offer:
• Comprehensive commercial advisory leading the Client throughout each process from underwriting to post-closing.

• Strong off-market deal origination capabilities, as evidenced by the acquisition of the Q22 for Invesco Real Estate, which was the largest office investment transaction in 2016 in Poland and one of the three largest in the CEE region.

• Ability to set and then further improve market benchmarks in terms of pricing across all asset classes in Warsaw as well as across all major regional markets (Wrocław, Łódż, Poznań, Tricity, Katowice and Kraków).

• Experience and capacity to execute the largest corporate real estate deals – as evidenced in the deal to acquire a 66% stake in Echo Investment S.A. (with a gross asset value of ca. EUR 1.5 billion), the largest stock listed developer in Poland, where Colliers advised a JV between Griffin, PIMCO and Oaktree.
