Galeria Piastova is located less than 1 km from the Old Town of Gniezno, on the key urban axis linking the south drive-in access to the town with its centre. As the regeneration project in the post-industrial area, surrounded by residential estates, it weaves the urban fabric back together bringing convenience retail and mixed-use space next to the densely populated district and the key arterial road.
The building both preserves echoes of historian heritage with brick-stylized facades as responds to modern commercial requirements with its dynamic forms, functional solutions and specious parking area. The fully-glazed entrance in the form of a portal opens into a shopping arcade with the retail units organized on both sides and small squares arranged for seating and food&beverage offer. The total GLA of 8,300 sqm hosts the key tenants, i.a. Intermarche, Hebe, RTV EURO AGD, Martes Sport, KiK, Pepco, EMPIK, CCC. The first month of operations recorded the footfall close to 200,000.
