• Sale of nine-asset logistic portfolio to Redefine by one of the largest New York Private Equity Fund (Redefine reported the value of this sale to be approximately EUR 200m).
• Sale of Cinema 3D to Mulitkino/Vue - the largest transaction of this type in Central and Eastern Europe.
