Ceetrus Poland (until June 2018 Immochan Polska Sp. z o.o.) is the owner, investor, commercializer and manager of shopping malls and shopping parks. Immochan was established in 1976 in France and today it is present in 12 countries around the world. It has been operating in Poland since 1996. Ceetrus Poland owns 24 malls and manages a total retail space of nearly 700,000 m2. Ceetrus Poland is also the exclusive commercial house of 16 shopping centres with the Auchan hypermarket (formerly Real) with over 38 183 m2. The team of almost 80 employees operates from the main office in Piaseczno (soon it will be moved to the center of Warsaw), as well as regional offices – Katowice, Kraków, Wrocław. Ceetrus Poland is developing new projects in the area of retail, offices, residential buildings, infrastructure, tourism & leisure.
