The most important projects completed between October 2017 and September 2018 - Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz obtained a building permission for additional 68 000 sqm of industrial space in modern warehouse building;
- Starting construction of a modern business infrastructure in Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park: Living Lab, Fab Labs, Demonstration centers (office space: 2000m2; hall space: 4000m2).
- Arkada Business Park – BREEM certified, A-class buildings delivered 11 000 sqm as a stage 1;
- Immobile K3 delivered almost 9 000 sqm of the A-class office space in the heart of the old town of Bydgoszcz, significantly improving the quality the urban development in the area.
Major projects planned for 2019 • Construction of national express road S5 that will connect the City with A1 and A2 highways;
• Developing domestic communication via development of tram lines together with the purchase of new rolling stock;

Major current projects The business outlook for the warehouse - logistics market in Bydgoszcz is very positive. The Polish market has a big potential for further growth. Bydgoszcz opens itself to investors by ensuring good investment conditions through: - creation, on the basis of the Investor Assistance and Entrepreneurship Office, of the Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency in 2013 – a dedicated entity the purpose of which is to provide services and support to Investors, - ensuring appropriate infrastructure for industrial investments – creation of the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park in 2007 – 280 ha of fully equipped area covered with the Local Zoning Plan, - including other areas of the city in the Local Zoning Plan tailored to the needs of investors, - availability of over 150 ha of investment areas included in the Special Economic Zone, - resolution on exemption from property tax, - access to - smooth performance of administrative procedures – building permits are granted in approx. 45 days, - execution of infrastructure projects, e.g. roads and bridges.
