Maciej has many years of experience in the Real Estate and Facility Management ares gathered during the last 10 years of work in international corporations. Maciej graduate the Warsaw University of Technology and he has a property management license.

Key projects worked on between October 2017 and September 2018 1) Spark - office building build by SKANSKA in Warsaw - Implementation of the new concept - BIM 4 FM - that creates the new way of building maintenance, Loredo RES deliver the on-site technical maintenance and consulting for that building. 2) Development of the new concepts for the real estate market: Digitalisation of the existing buildings; Design & Operate Consulting; Digital Solutions for the Asset Life Cycle (combines the solutions in BIM, PropTech, ConsTech and IT areas); BIM 4 FM development – concept that allows use of BIM modeling during the Operation phase. BIM 4 FM includes implementation of AIR / AIM (Asset Information Requirements / Modeling) for new projects or the existing buildings.

The environment that helps us to understand and show where our investment will be in 10 or 20 years and how flexible it will be due to market changes.

We believe that digitalisation of the project life cycle is a key to success. We see a lot of potential in BIM modeling that is one of the elements of the future buildings and Digital Twins.

To get there we need to start the digitalisation process of the way we work and that is why we have created the following concepts:
