As a result of works to increase the GLA of the arcade from 36.6 thousand sq.m. to 42.2 thousand sq. m. the area leisure zone, including the shopping court, will be increased. Modern restaurants with table service, primarily from the casual dining sector, as well as a multi-room cinema - the first cinema house of this type in the city - will be opened in the extended space. The extension is scheduled for completion in 2020. At the same time, the Power Center concept - a conglomerate of stores including Gemini Park - will be also extended. Ultimately, the Power Center is to house more than 100 thousand sq.m. GLA, including the Gemini Park and the planned extension, as well as neighboring TESCO, Obi and Saturn stores.

From October 2017 to September 2018, the lease department signed nearly100 long- and short-term agreements with tenants. At the same time, nearly 40 agreements were re-negotiated and extended as part of the re-commercialization of Gemini Park Tarnów and Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała. In March 2015, after 25 months of construction, the holding successfully opened its 3 shopping center named Gemini Park Tychy, which was 95-percent leased as of opening day. Shopping center has already win the 2018 European Property Award in the category of "retail trade developement for Poland”. At the same time, the company has been developing existing objects on local markets. A 11.5 thousand sq. m entertainment zone was created in Bielsko and many green areas were revitalized. The shopping center was also nominated the Silesian ambassador after it won the "Silesian brand" award. In turn, Gemini Park Tarnów has been preparing for extension.
