Since 1996 the company has been quoted on Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company has completed over 130 projects with a total area in excess of 1,300,000 sqm in several dozen cities and towns in Poland.

The company currently focuses on Warsaw and seven largest regional markets and on its development activity: in principle, shortly after the completion and lease of office buildings or shopping centre it is planning to sell them. The aim of the fast capital rotation is generating higher yields and annual dividend payments.

Since 2015 the majority shareholder of Echo Investment is the PIMCO- Oaktree- Griffin Real Estate group, which is one of the most dynamic and active businesses in the real estate industry in Central and Eastern Europe.

After the extension, Outlet Park Szczecin has 120 stores, 1,200 parking lots and 3,000 sqm of additional retail space. The recent stage has been fully leased, with outlet stores by such brands as Guess, Solar, Bagatelle, Pierre Cardin and Home & Cook. At the opening day, Outlet Park’s clients has an opportunity to take part in special, opening-related events as well as to enjoy great shopping offers.
