Axis office building is a perfect example of business success. Skanska fully leased and sold the project long before delivering it to the market. ABB, global leader in power and automation technologies, decided to take all of 20,000 sqm office space in Axis, while Niam fund has acquired the building. It all happened in the middle of the construction process.
But Axis is not only an office building, it is also the heart of the pioneer placemaking project, one of the very few in Poland on that scale. Between Mogilskie and Grzegórzeckie roundabout Superścieżka is being developed – unique concept of the urban space. The project was based on three main assumptions – GREENERY, WATER, WORD. New children's playground made out of ecological materials was built, together with a fountain and elements of small architecture. Special bio-diversity system was also introduced.
