Atrium 2 was commissioned for use in March 2016. The total leasable area of the building is over 20,000 square meters. The office project is LEED Platinum certified. Atrium 2 is situated in a vibrant business location in the city center, with excellent access to public transportation – less than 100 meters away from a Metro station as well as numerous tram and bus stops. Development of the project has also improved the surrounding area for local residents. There are a number of creative placemaking activities that expressed the needs of the local community. These include a new green square, the refurbishment of a promenade and the creation of a large mural painting. Atrium 2 is an example of future-proof office space that provides full flexibility in both planning and interior design. There are over 70 loggias, where employees can work or rest in comfort. The building was recognized with a “Warsaw Investment without Barriers” award during the 21st Great Gala of Integration event. This coincided with the company’s declaration regarding development of buildings fully adjusted to people with disabilities, the elderly, and parents with small children.
