Prior joining TriGranit, she has spent 4 years at CBRE as Head of Property and Asset Management and then as Senior Director and Head of Retail. She focused on developing retail services and she also contributed to Retail Platform activities (Investment, Retail, Development Consultancy, Building Consultancy and Property and Asset Management).
Between 2008-2012 Mrs. Kokeli worked as a Chief Commercial Officer and later Board Member at Centrum Development & Investments in Poland, where she was responsible for the company’s commercial policy. Between 2001-2008, at the Danish TK Development Group she was responsible for development, leasing and marketing activities. Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year This year TriGranit has achieved 100% occupancy in Lakeside I, our office complex in Bratislava. We have also achieved the highest number of footfall in Bonarka reaching the number of ca. EUR 15 000 000 forecasted at the end of 2017, as well as the highest number of turnovers. In B4B, for the first time we have launched a social media program aimed to create a society for our office tenants and their employees - since June 2017, we have noticed 800 fans on our B4B social media pages altogether. In the complex, we also have extended more than ca. 9 000 sqm of leases and on top of that, we have let 5 000 sqm, as well as launched the construction of Building H, the 8th office building in B4B with 10 000 sqm GLA.
Contributions made to the improvement of the CEE commercial property market Through the years Mrs Kokeli has been working mainly on CEE market developing shopping malls not only in Poland, but also in Czech, while with CBRE aiming for inviting world occupiers into CEE shopping malls and high streets. As of today, Mrs Kokeli is promoting CEE office projects into the world of BPO and SSC from all over the World.
