Warehouse 5 at P3 Poznań park is one of P3’s next generation warehouses, which are built to the highest standards to meet and exceed the strictest European environmental impact criteria while also delivering real operational savings.

Ecologically sound design and energy saving solutions incorporated in the building include: LED lighting, solar panels to provide the entire complex with hot non-drinking water, and innovative thermo-insulated wall panels with PIR core.

This is Clipper’s first logistics facility in Poland. P3 provided 17 docks - 7 more than in a standard facility of this size.

Geis uses its new space for parcel courier logistics. P3 installed 30 gates for courier deliveries and 29 docks in order to meet Geis’ requirements.

Global contractor CEVA Logistics, already a tenant at P3 Poznań, has taken expansion space in Warehouse 5.
