WHAT DIFFERENTIATES THE COMPANY’S PRODUCTS/SERVICES FROM THEIR COMPETITORS? Cresa was founded in the early 1990s with the objective to exclusively represent occupiers in the commercial real estate market. Cresa Poland continues this practice by representing occupiers in the Office, Industrial, and Retail sectors. With this single-minded focus on occupier representation in these agency sectors, Cresa Poland aims to be the occupier’s advantage in the commercial real estate market. Cresa Poland hired 40 highly qualified real estate professionals whose fundamental objective is to provide a superior quality of service to our clients, we focus on relationships and research, and most importantly, strive to be the most respected firm in the business.
NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS TO DATE - Speed of setting up a new and fully operational office with 7 major service lines with very high calibre real estate professionals.
- Bringing a new and differentiated concept to the competitive real estate advisory arena in Poland with a sole focus on representing occupiers.
- Already secured business in all the service lines. The current mandates are still ongoing and include client representation in transactions in excess of 100,000 sq m.
PLANS FOR THE FUTURE / EXPANSION PLANS and information on how they have been pursued so far Cresa intends to open more offices in Central and Eastern Europe and will be working with Piotr Kaszyński in its continued expansion. Additionally, Cresa Poland’s large office department will also operate in regional cities, including Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, Wrocław and the TriCity. We will eventually open offices in those cities as well to deliver services to clients in all market segments nationwide.
PLEASE SAY WHY YOU SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR THE AWARD Piotr Kaszyński has taken Cresa, a respected global name in commercial real estate advisory, and brought it here to Poland. He launched the brand with a goal for making an impact in the industry. He placed highly-qualified individuals into leadership positions across the firm’s seven departments. The department heads and senior staff were put in place due to their track record of success, expertise, and knowledge of the Polish real estate market.

Our culture is highly collaborative, with the nimbleness and flexibility to take advantage of changes in our markets and the industry at large. The Watkins Research Group ranked Cresa no. 1 in Client Advocacy.

Through rapid expansion in Poland, Cresa has already built a substantial pipeline of deals in excess of 100,000 sq. m.
