Upon the special request of Velvet CARE 7R developed a modern warehouse in Klucze. The building was erected right next to the company's main production facility. The building is unique due the manner of obtaining land for the investment (developer repurchased a subdivided plot from the tenant) as well as its unusual development strategy. Apart from modern warehouse space, the facility has a comfortable social and technical base, 14 docks and two entrance gates located on the ground ("0") level. The building’s height was increased from10 to 11.7 m. Owing to the type of stored materials, the building’s fire resistance level has been increased to over 4,000 MJ/sq.m. The first line of defense against fire is an early suppression fast response (ESFR) extinguishing system. Energy-saving LED luminaires and additional row lighting panels installed in the goods’ picking area ensure adequate lighting. The warehouse was completed at a record 5-month pace one month prior to the scheduled delivery.
