In 2017 the new part of building C at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn, received the BREEAM certificate with a VERY GOOD rating. Its score of 63.9%, is the highest of all warehouses in Poland to date.
SEGRO recently replaced over 3500 traditional external lights in all logistics parks across Poland to modern LED fittings. The whole process was the developer’s initiative and took only six months. It is not only cost effective but also improves the working conditions and the security level.
SEGRO minimises the negative impact on the natural environment already at the construction stage, e.g. by waste segregation, decrease of water consumption and the reduction of CO2 emission by the construction equipment.
SEGRO provides also a unique approach and high-level service proven by 94% of customer’s satisfaction level regarding in-house Property Managers team
