SEGRO is a UK Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and a leading owner, asset manager and developer of modern warehousing and light industrial property. It owns or manages 6.3 million square metres of space in £8 billion of assets. The company offers services to customers from a wide range of industry sectors. Its properties are located around major conurbations and at key transportation hubs across 10 European countries, principally in the UK, France, Germany and Poland.
SEGRO’s strategy assumes growth of the company property portfolio in the CEE region through selective purchases of new assets and the development of existing investments in strategic locations. Currently, SEGRO keeps its portfolio of carefully selected key locations and at the same time develops the assets in a thoughtful way. As of now, the company owns 17 parks in 9 locations (Gdansk, Gliwice, Lodz, Poznan, Prague, Strykow, Tychy, Warsaw and Wroclaw) within Central and Eastern Europe.
