The company is actively managing it's portfolio and achieving investment results above available benchmarks. On the beginning of 2017, CBRE Global Investors decided to divest significant part of it's CEE portfolio. As a consequence portfolio of 11 retail and mixed-use assets valued at approx. EUR 650 million has been sold to CPI Group. It was the largest cross-boarder portfolio transaction in the region, covering six legal jurisdictions.
