The Popular Choice Awards

PHN-GDYNIA VIP RACING is a special regatta, during which passionate sailors – representatives of leading Polish companies (especially real estate companies and office developers) – sail from the port in Gdynia into the Gdańsk Bay. This regatta is combined with a charity in which each team makes a donation to the “Bursztynowa Przystań” Children’s Hospice run by Stowarzyszenie im. Św. Wawrzyńca in Gdynia. PHN has collected 243.000 PLN in the past two editions of the regattas. There are more and more participants within every edition of the event, who are willing to join this charity. 28 crews took part in the PHN-GDYNIA VIP RACING 2017. In 2017, among others, the following crews took part in this year’s edition: CBRE, Chopin Airport Development, Hillwood Polska, HM Inwest, DORACO, MARVIPOL, Olivia Business Center, PROFBUD, TORUS, Waryński S.A. Group. Each crew consisted of 4 people including one of company’s board member.
The event was organized under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction, honorary patronage of the President of Gdynia and the patronage of Pomeranian Sailing Association. After the event, the representatives of PHN are visiting the “Bursztynowa Przystań” Children’s Hospice to officially hand over the symbolic check with the donation. PHN is glad to have an possibility to support local community and also to make children happy.
PHN-GDYNIA VIP RACING 2017 regatta is a sports competition, a great fun and an event which promotes PHN’s unique (in both Poland and Europe) development project – Yacht Park. The project offers 135 unique apartments situated in six 5-storey buildings which will occupy an area of 6,000 sq.m. Yacht Park’s uniqueness will be complemented by a modern marina inspired by the best yacht ports in the world. It will feature 120 places and professional facilities adjusted to the needs of even the most demanding sailors.
This event is popular among celebrities and famous persons form a world of sailing. Held at the beginning of the vacation season in Gdynia, Charity Regatta PHN-GDYNIA VIP RACING has now become a permanent part of the summer event calendar.
