Our company was founded in 2002. We began with office building renovation projects and gradually increased our presence on the Tricity market by expanding into hotel, residential and warehouse property sectors. From 2006 on, we carried out the construction, lease and sale of the first A-class business park in Gdańsk, Arkońska Business Park. Since 2011 we have been developing our largest and most ambitious creation to date, the mixed-use business and retail centre, Alchemia. The completion of Alchemia stages I and II equalled 50,000 sq. m of space supplied to the market. The LEED Platinum-certified buildings have since been successfully leased and sold to investment fund entities. In September 2017, ARGON (Alchemia III) was opened and it is currently 60% leased.
Today, the key to our success lies in our team of 90 outstanding professionals in their respective fields. Most importantly - we are all true enthusiasts and not only in the real estate branch.

By competing with larger developers we gained recognition and respect on the market. We are not afraid of challenges and are fully committed to our vision. We believe this is why Alchemia has been such a success – its offices are in high demand. This was noticed by State Street Bank Polska, as the company has leased the entire Titanium Tower in Alchemia II (over 14,000 sq. m).
