Enterprise Park – Building E and Building F

Since the opening, Enterprise Park enjoys incessant tenants’ interest. The complex is conveniently located at Aleja Powstańców Wielkopolskich in Cracow, Podgórze district, which allows tenants to reach it within 15 minutes from the city centre and other districts both by car and public transport. It comprises six A-class buildings with a total leasable area of over 60,000 sqm, which were fully let long before they were commissioned for use. Construction of Building E and F finished in September 2017. The entire process was carried out in observance of the principles of sustainable development. Efforts are made to conserve energy and technologies and building materials with minimal environmental impact are used. A number of eco-friendly solutions meeting the BREEAM certification criteria have been introduced in the Enterprise Park design.
