- Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz offers more than 93,000 sqm of industrial space in four modern warehouse buildings.
- Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz offers more than 25,000 sqm of industrial space in modern warehouse building.
- the largest projects implemented in Poland are: Kaufland Distribution Center in Bydgoszcz, Carrefour Distribution Center in Bydgoszcz.
Both facilities were implemented in the BTS - Build to Suit mode. These investments created of nearly 450 new jobs in Bydgoszcz.
Major projects planned for 2018 The business outlook for the warehouse - logistics market in Bydgoszcz is very positive. The Polish market has a big potential for further growth. The falling unemployment rate may boost development of new warehouse locations due to better availability of workforce there. There is no sign to slow down. This is the reason why investors decided to the further develop warehouse-logistic market in Bydgoszcz. In the near future investors plan to construct over 73 000 sqm of modern warehouse parks build up to the highest standard. Undergoing development of the S5 Expressway, connecting A1 with A2 via Bydgoszcz, allows to execute Bydgoszcz strategy to become the center of warehouse – logistics services in Poland. The city plans to further commercialize 150 ha of available investment plots.
Major current projects In parallel to the warehouse and logistic market Bydgoszcz experience fast development of the modern office buildings. Currently under development there are two main investments. Arkada Business Park – BREEM certified, A-class buildings delivered in two phases, 11 000 sqm each. The phase 1 of the project will be finished in q1 2018. Second project – Immobile K3 will deliver almost 9 000 sqm of the A-class office space in the heart of the old town of Bydgoszcz, significantly improving the quality the urban development in the area. Centrally located, in the proximity of public transport and underground parking will open new business perspective for the city center. The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2018. The office space market in Bydgoszcz accounts currently for 74 000 sqm with additional 52 000 sqm planned for the next years.

- creation, on the basis of the Investor Assistance and Entrepreneurship Office, of the Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency in 2013 – a dedicated entity the purpose of which is to provide services and support to Investors,
- ensuring appropriate infrastructure for industrial investments – creation of the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park in 2007 – 280 ha of fully equipped area covered with the Local Zoning Plan,
- including other areas of the city in the Local Zoning Plan tailored to the needs of investors,
