Magdalena joined Colliers’ Property Management Department in January 2010 as a Junior Property Manager. In October 2010, she was promoted to the position of Property Manager. Magdalena has developed a great relationship, both with her clients, and the tenants in her portfolio. In January 2017, she was promoted to Senior Property Manager.
Magdalena is currently responsible for the management of the Warsaw Financial Center on behalf of Tristan Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Colliers, Magdalena’s property management experience was gathered through over four years of work in Activ-Dev Sp. z o.o. and Locpo Sp. z o.o., as an Investment Projects Specialist/ Property Manager. She was responsible for managing industrial (65,000 m2 ), office (5,400 m2), and retail projects (15,000 m2). Her main duties included regular contacts with tenants, preparation of operational budgets and annual reconciliations, full service of credit agreements, property insurance, and other project-related issues.
