As Head of Market Analysis & Research, Katarzyna Kuniewicz manages the team responsible for monitoring the residential market and drawing up reports one the new homes markets. The research conducted by Katarzyna's team covers as well many other locations in Poland and some other CEE major cities on an as-needed basis.
In her daily work she combines the managerial tasks leading the team of 9 consultants and is directly involved into most demanding research projects. important part of her job are numerous presentations at the conferences, meetings with the development companies, as well as lectures and training for developers and financial institutions involved into housing finance sector. As a result of her contacts with media she is also frequently quoted expert.
Her duties in 2017-2018 included the supervision of the development and implementation of the new version of REAS’ database INCA 2.0. It is a software tool serving as a complex database of information on all multi-family residential projects in major Polish cities.
