Prologis Park Stryków DC1B is the built-to-suit development for for Arvato Polska, a leader in complex outsourcing services. It is the second building in Prologis Park Stryków that is tailored to Arvato’s specific needs.
This new state-of-the-art facility meets all the requirements of today’s customers by combining Prologis’ customer-focused, high-quality facility management with its global commitment to sustainability.
The excellent location also contributes to the park's unique appeal: the distribution centre is located within one kilometre of the junction of two major motorways – A1/E75 (Gdańsk-Vienna) and A2/E30 (Berlin-Moscow). The road infrastructure ensures a seamless connection with the Łódź metropolitan area and the whole of the country
