The Eurobuild Awards are not just decided by the votes of the jury. The projects of five categories are also decided upon by the votes cast by their tenants. Here is their verdict.

The Office Manager of the Year award went to Józef Wojciech Wilczak of EPP who is responsible for the Tryton Business House office building.

The retail tenants surveyed decided to hand the award for Shopping Centre of the Year to Vivo! Piła (which is owned by Immofinanz). The two runners up were Galeria Sfera in Bielska-Biała and Galeria Pestka in Poznań.
